The TRH Construction Supervisor Safety Skills Course™ is essential for anyone wishing to learn appropriate supervisory safety practices for construction projects. This crucial session focuses on equipping project supervisors with the essential knowledge and skills needed to ensure safety on job sites. This comprehensive training covers a range of topics, including Ontario’s Occupational Health & Safety regulatory framework, duties under the OHS Act, construction regulations, duties and roles of a supervisor, owner representative responsibilities, and owners on site. Participants learn about constructive attitudes, site safety management practices, behaviours for a site supervisor, common hazards on construction sites and get an overview of common project safety management software apps. Project supervisors who undergo this training play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of projects while mitigating potential legal and financial liabilities.

The special roles, duties and liabilities of persons with supervisory responsibilities
